Memphis

Mom treated the whole family to tickets to the Lion King at the Orpheum theater in Memphis. It was a great show! Afterwards we all walked down Beale Street to the Blues City Cafe for dinner and to celebrate my nephews 13th birthday.

Summer vacation at Bull Shoals Lake, Branson Missouri and Omaha Arkansas

Summer days

Today was a long hard day at work. Now I am off for eleven days and we are going to the coutry in Northwest Arkansas. We are going to hang out in the creek for hours. The temperatures have been in the 100's and the bugs are loud at night. I look forward to languishing in cool waters and putting my face in the sun. It's time to relax a little while.
